LHHATL Bambi Releases Freestyle, Momma Dee Responds

Bambi is back in her music bag but her estranged mother-in-law mom dee doesn’t seem to feel the “thirsty” drop. Bam, also known as Adiz the Bam, released the two minutes wait for u Freestyle on Monday (February 13) – teases a clip of the new drop on her Instagram.

Fans seemed to think the freestyle could be about Bambi’s estranged husband and Momma Dee’s son. lil scrappy. She raps about someone “act differently” after children together.

Bambi and Scrappy share three children, including a pair of twins. Scrappy is also the father of a teenage daughter, Emani, from a previous relationship with Erica Dixon.

In her first verse, Bambi raps:

“I think I need a vacation, you tripped me up. Rumor has it you’re out with hella b*****s. Gave you children, gave you love, you behave differently. So more love I’m on this paper about Hella missions.

After just nine days in 2023 The Jasmine brand reported that Bambi and Scrappy ended their relationship after five years of marriage. The estranged couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2017 – first reported by TJB. However, Bam’s freestyle marks the first time either of them appear to have addressed or referenced a split.

Bambi added:

“Made decisions, fucked that ring and shared last names. Would have sworn you were my future until your past came back like a memory on the iPhone. I’m on some other shit now.”

To close the first verse, Bam says: “I’m gone.” The video itself shows her rapping onto the mic and appearing to be writing — presumably lyrics — in a journal. Bambi also rapped about feeling betrayed in a relationship in her second verse.

“If I made you like you made me, I couldn’t take it. The therapist says breathe, meditate before I sleep. Focus on forgiveness, what the hell does that mean. I guess it’s only treason when it’s around. When I think about my karma, is that what I’m owed? What we pretend to be, those other silly couples screaming, screaming. I need an an***a that doesn’t fight all these demons. Chasing P***y drinking got me thinking.”

Mama Dee seemingly calls Bambi ‘thirsty’ while criticizing her routine

Momma Dee and Bambi have long had a crush, both on screen and online. In the last season of Love & Hip Hop ATL, Momma Dee and Lil Scrappy faced each other after she admitted telling people he wanted a divorce. The emotional confrontation included a phone conversation that led to a personal blowout, with Scrappy confronting his mother about his childhood and limitations.

Momma Dee has gained weight in her recent pushes on Bambi The shadow room Comments section to congratulate and criticize Bambi’s freestyle.

“Oh my congratulations, at least Diamond can rap. Shout out to the real people who can rap,” Dee wrote. She added, “Some people don’t deserve a record deal, they deserve a water deal because they’re too thirsty.”

Meanwhile, both Scrappy and Bam have been quiet about Momma Dee’s opinion online. Scrappy also hasn’t responded to the freestyle or acknowledged any issues in their relationship.
