The longtime actor shared on Instagram what he is doing to help in an extremely tense global situation. “Let all the hungry come and eat,” Liev wrote on April 14. “Jews recite this ancient phrase during #Pessach, which begins on Friday. We are doing our part with @wckitchen here in #Poland, where we are preparing a traditional Passover celebration for Ukrainian #refugees. Happy Passover!” He capped the post with a #StandWithUkraine tag.

Liev also posted a video thanking fans for donations in support of his selfless act. “In honor of Passover, we will prepare 900 kilos of brisket,” he said, while wearing an apron and ball cap.
