The divorce proceedings between Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her estranged husband, Dr. Leonard Hochstein, gets bitter quickly. Lenny Hochstein filed for divorce in Miami-Dade County in May and fought in court to get his estranged wife thrown out of their multi-million dollar mansion on Star Island, Heavy records show. Lisa Hochstein is now hitting back in a new court record.

Attorneys for Lisa Hochstein are questioning the legitimacy of a prenuptial agreement the couple signed before their 2009 wedding. Her husband has claimed that the marriage contract requires her to move out of their marital home. Lisa Hochstein has asked a judge to allow her to stay at the mansion with the couple’s two children. Her attorneys also revealed in the new court documents that Lenny Hochstein had moved in with his girlfriend after the couple split and recently signed a lease on an apartment in a luxury skyscraper in Miami. Lenny Hochstein’s attorneys have not responded to the court filing from his estranged wife’s attorneys.

In court filing dated June 24, 2022, which can be read here, attorneys for Lisa Hochstein say a judge should rule that the marriage contract “should not be enforced” because the section that would require her to violate her marital Leaving home “contradicts Florida law.” Her attorneys also argue that the court should determine whether it was “in the best interests” of her children to force her out of the home and whether it “would violate the rights of minor children.” “.

Lisa Hochstein has stayed in the couple’s $52 million mansion with her children Logan, 6, and Elle, 2. Her attorneys say that when the couple split, Lenny Hochstein moved in with his girlfriend, model Katharina Mazepa, who was a major source of tension during their split. Attorneys for Lisa Hochstein also say Lenny recently signed a lease on a “luxury high-rise apartment building” in May 2022 and moved there in June. According to court documents from Lenny Hochstein’s attorneys, the cosmetic surgeon and medical spa owner has offered to buy her a $3.5 million home in the Miami area or pay her rent while the divorce is finalized. A hearing in the case is scheduled for late July.

Attorneys for Lisa Hochstein say her estranged husband will verbally abuse and threaten her “with the stated intent” to get her to “vacate the former marital home with the minor children.”

Attorneys for Lisa Hochstein say that while Lenny Hochstein lives with his girlfriend and now in his own home, he “continued to regularly enter the former marital home” and has “verbally” approached her, “often within earshot of the minor children.” … There was a case in June 2022 in which the husband behaved in a totally inappropriate manner in the presence of the husband’s minor children, mother and nanny.”

Her lawyers added: “The husband will verbally abuse and threaten the wife with the stated intention of causing the wife to leave the former marital home with the minor children. The husband took over the wife’s vehicle, which he was driving without the minor children, and refuses to return it. The husband has now at times threatened to take over the remaining vehicle in which the wife is transporting the minor children. The man’s strategy isn’t working.”

The court filing adds: “It is in the best interests of the minor children for the wife to have exclusive use and possession of the former marital home. The husband’s unannounced visits should be stopped as they serve no legitimate purpose. The husband does not say when and if he will stop by the former marital home. However, the husband gets annoyed with the wife if he stops by the ex-marital home unannounced three to four nights a week and the children are not available to him as they may be busy with pre-planned activities and not available to him.”

According to the court filing, Lenny Hochstein comes to the Star Island home three to four days a week for a one-hour workout with his personal trainer, even though he has a gym in his new apartment. He then showers in their master bathroom and “lays on the bed in the master bedroom (the bed the wife sleeps on) and watches TV or is busy with his laptop or phone.” He then spent about half an hour with his children, say Hochstein’s lawyers. He also sees the children for an hour or two on weekends, court records say.

Lisa Hochstein says Lenny’s model friend should not have any contact or access to the couple’s children

Attorneys for Lisa Hochstein say she “recognizes that the husband should have a close and meaningful relationship with the minor children. In fact, the wife encouraged the husband to stay overnight with the minor children, which the husband has not practiced since May 2, 2022. But Hochstein’s attorneys say when spending time with Lenny, “his timeshare with the minor children should be free of any interference or interaction with his alleged girlfriend.”

The court filings read: “The parties have two very young and sheltered children and have just learned that their parents are separating. The minor children do not respond well to the dissolution of the parties. The husband abandoned the minor children of his alleged girlfriend, which is detrimental to the welfare of the minor children.”

Lawyers for Lisa Hochstein also wrote that Mazepa “acted and continues to act in a manner that would be considered by this honorable court to be harmful to the minor children should she have contact or access to the minor children at that time. As such, the court should require certain safeguards and parameters during the husband’s timeshare to ensure he does not expose the minor children to his alleged girlfriend. Similarly, the wife should also be forbidden from bringing the minor children into contact with significant others if she should start dating. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.”

The filing adds: “The wife did not date, had not dated, has always been faithful to the husband and continues to be faithful to the husband even though the husband filed for this divorce unannounced and without the knowledge of the wife. Since the wife is the parent primarily responsible for the upbringing of the minor children, it is in the best interests of the minor children for the wife to have exclusive use and ownership of the former marital home. The husband engaged in certain conduct which is not asserted at this time in order to maintain some semblance of the parties’ privacy. Lisa Hochstein slams Lenny Hochstein in new divorce filing
