Man, 29, arrested on terrorism charges after woman stabbed to death outside recreation center
A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of a terrorist offense after a woman was stabbed to death outside a leisure center in Cheltenham on Thursday night, Gloucestershire Police said.
The woman was taken to hospital following reports of the attack.
