Man accused of raping woman walking in downtown Louisville

The woman was taken to UofL hospital where she has evidence of a sexual assault collection kit completed. Hall faces charges of rape and sexual abuse, both first-degree charges. His indictment is scheduled for Saturday at 9 a.m.
