Man was told to stay away from Dickinson College after posting anti-Semitic stickers

CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) – A New York man pleaded guilty to charges of ethnic intimidation in Cumberland County after anti-Semitic stickers were left behind at the Asbell Center for Jewish Life on the Dickinson College campus.
Police say that on January 23, 2022, Frank Petromio was seen on video putting up stickers with “seditious and intimidating messages” on the windows and doors of the Jewish Life building.
Petromio was ordered to serve a year of probation, have no contact with the Asbell Center for Jewish Life, be off Dickinson College grounds, and attend a cultural awareness class.
The misdemeanor charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were dismissed at sentencing on February 21, 2023.
The incident was investigated by the Carlisle Police Department and Dickinson Public Safety.
