What does Bielsa say about Bamford?
The Leeds gaffer has given the striker an update.
“The return of Rodrigo we do not have an exact date. Bamford is likely to play on Sunday so we can end up with this injury. Phillips and Cooper until March. Shackleton and Cresswell after the international break. Rodrigo and Struijk we are unpredictable. Gelhardt and Roberts will be out for about a month,” said Bielsa.
Good news
Bamford is back and his return is sure to be welcomed by everyone at Elland Road.
Leeds have really struggled without a 9 on the pitch this season, and his return could really highlight the whole team.
Bamford is Leeds’ top goalscorer, but he’s so much more.
United’s pressing style works best when Bamford is on the pitch, while he also excels at bringing other Whites attacking players into the game.
Leeds will surely enjoy the fact that Bamford is back.
