For a snap from the shoot, Lara wore plunging white lingerie with sequin embellishments, along with matching bottoms.

Another snap showed the mother-of-one posing in a fun black polka dot two-piece suit, while a third picture showed Lara in a sexy pink lace lingerie set.

She became a reporter for the BBC’s technology program Click in 2011 and later switched to hosting the show in 2018.

Earlier this year, Lara revealed she had resorted to “heavy makeup” to hide her facial scars after a horrific electric scooter accident in June.

She suffered a dangerous fall from her scooter, leaving huge wounds on her forehead and upper lip that required stitches.

And just weeks after the incident, Laura took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a stunning snap of herself outside the British Museum and telling her fans her scars were “hidden” with makeup.

Commenting on the smiley face selfie, one follower wrote: “Lovely lady and polite. And check yourself. no scars xx’

To which Lara replied: ‘Thanks, a very heavy make-up did an incredible job of covering her up!’

Meanwhile, the next day, the blonde beauty uploaded another radiant picture of herself during filming, explaining how “satisfied” she was with the makeup concealing her scars, as well as the lighting and shooting.

Her caption read: “Today shot myself for the first time in a long time. Had completely forgotten how useful it is to only be able to capture a few quick bits on camera to end a story.

“Was pretty happy with the lighting, sound, capture, makeup (since scars were hidden) and then took a selfie of everything before inserting the clip to finish my edit. Even though I don’t want to do it all by myself all the time, it feels good to know I can do it.”

Lara shocked fans when she revealed pictures of her facial injuries from her accident, with one picture showing her face immediately afterwards while another showed just how much her face had healed six days later.

Clearly shaken by the accident, Lara declared that she would “never” ride an electric scooter again.

She wrote alongside the pictures: “As an extremely clumsy person, always shaky on two wheels, riding the electric scooter would never have been a good idea!

“After being cleaned and stitched (2nd pic before so not for the squeamishness!) I was healing well 6 days later and am grateful it wasn’t worse. Never again!’
