Mohamed Salah disappointing for Liverpool
In our opinion, Salah was far from his best performance for Liverpool in the Premier League today against Watford.
We weren’t surprised when Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp decided to knock out the 29-year-old Egypt international in the second half.
The former Chelsea attacker made three shotsbut neither was on goal, played a key pass, had an 84% passing accuracy, took 49 touches, attempted a dribble and made two tackles.
It was a disappointing performance from Salah who missed in front of goal.
In the end, however, nothing was harmed as Liverpool won the game to keep their chances of winning the Premier League title ahead of defending champions Manchester City.
Furthermore, we should keep in mind that Salah is probably still in pain from failing to win against Sadio Manes Senegal in the 2022 World Cup Qualifying Playoff Final.
