Qualifying for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix was canceled after a serious accident for Mick Schumacher, who was transported to the medical center.
By Q2 in his Haas machine at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, Schumacher was trying to improve his lap time with about five minutes remaining in the segment.
Approaching the Turns 10/11/12 complex, the German crashed into the inside barrier before spinning across the track to hit the outside barrier.
He moved in the car after hitting the wall nose first.
The FIA medical teams were on site quickly and got Mick Schumacher out after the accident.

After the accident, Mick Schumacher was transported by ambulance to the circuit’s medical center for further examinations.
His Haas team – with whom he made his debut in the 2021 season – tweeted that Schumacher was “conscious and out of the car.”
After Schumacher was taken away by the ambulance, marshals attempted to retrieve the Haas.
The rear of the car broke off – the rear wing was detached from the main chassis.
It was the second time Schumacher made it into Q2 in the 2022 season.
In Bahrain, Schumacher finished 11th – just outside the points for a career-best result to date.
In Formula 2, driver Cem Bolukbasi crashed earlier in the weekend at the same spot on the track as Mick Schumacher.
He was ruled out for the remainder of the weekend due to a concussion.
