Mike Babcock Blue Jackets player phones

Hockey doesn’t even have to be stupid, especially when it comes to a needlessly recycled coach like Mike Babcock. If you don’t remember Babcock since he was fired by the Leafs, you might remember him from episodes like Making Johan Franzen’s life is hell or Outsmart Mitch Marner made him alienate all of his teammates, among other accusations of mistreatment and idiotism.
Training camp in Columbus hasn’t even started yet, where Babcock has somehow managed to convince the Blue Jackets’ front office that he’s rehabilitated and a new man, and yet Babs seems to be back to his idiocy:
Although we refuse to give the Spittin’ Chiclets more air than they deserve, i.e NHL Player ecosystem. The players love them because they are all the same idiots. So when Paul Bissonnette says a player wrote that to him, you can be pretty sure it was a player.
No one should ever want to see what an NHL player has on their phone. They’re young, stupid millionaires and you know where this is going. More specifically, what’s on her phone is YOUR business, not Babcock’s. What does the trainer think he will find there that tells him something he doesn’t yet understand? Any answer to the questions that arise would be disgusting and repugnant, and none of them are good ones. Even if Babcock just wanted to know how filters work.
If you want to know how an idiot like Babcock can get back behind an NHL bench even after it’s been clearly shown that he’s harmful, you have to look at not only the one Stanley Cup he won with Detroit, but also The hockey media is always in a rush to do things like this:
It would be an interesting discussion about how going through your players’ phones benefits their mental health, but at least we know where players can clearly indicate that he’s crossed the line.
This is probably as relevant as the Jackets have been all season, and it’s a sign of how the organization has thought throughout its existence that it wanted to take on the development of its team’s most important player since Rick Nash, Adam Fantilli, too a coach like Babcock, who obviously had the game and the times were passing him by. That’s the way a team goes nowhere in its entire history, and that’s exactly the direction this Jackets team is headed. Whether or not Babcock ever makes it to the regular season.
