Mississippi loses admission weight

Effective May 16, the Mississippi Department of Health and Human Services no longer requires residents who do not claim to be dieticians to obtain a dietician’s license before offering non-medical weight management services. The reform is part of a settlement with Ms Harris, who has been targeted by state regulators.
