Moment impatient Ford Focus driver overtakes car – before a three-car pile-up

This is the moment a Ford Focus driver dangerously overtook a car on a residential street before a three-car pile-up.

A clip filmed with a dashcam in Birmingham shows the maneuver followed by a crash.

The video shows several cars on what appears to be a quiet residential street.

The silver car in front of the dashcam then impatiently overtakes a vehicle in front at high speed.

Shortly thereafter, the overtaken car slows down and smoke comes up from the front.

As the dash cam gets closer, it looks like there has been a collision.

The video, uploaded to TikTok by @victor_immz, then shows the aftermath of the accident, where two wrecked cars can be seen alongside the silver car responsible.

The man who filmed it, an ASDA delivery driver, confirmed one driver was injured, The Sun reported.

A second dashcam video from one of the cars the Ford Focus crashed into shows the moment the impatient driver caused the pile-up.

Pictures show that the black car is completely smashed in the front and that the hood of the Ford Focus has come off.

People on TikTok were quick to express their outrage at the driver, saying, “I seriously hope where they were going in such a hurry was worth the accident. Hope the other driver is fine.’

Another commented: “There’s a reason Ford Focuses are so high on the list of high-risk insurance groups.”

While another said: “And it’s always the innocent who come off worse. So many impatient drivers now.’
