More games are coming to Xbox Game Pass Core
Microsoft has announced a selection of new games that will be added to the Xbox Game Pass Core library. These new additions will join the library of previously announced games for the new service, launching on September 14, 2023.
The new games will be:
- Astroneer
- Celeste
- Dead cells
- Fire watch
- Gangbeasts
- Golf with your friends
- limbo
- Overcooked 2
- Payday 2
- Powerwash simulator
- Kill the tower
- Ghost driver
- Stardew Valley
- Supraliminal
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
- unpacking
- Vampire survivors
Xbox Game Pass Core is a new tier of Microsoft’s subscription service designed to replace Games with Gold. Instead of a rotating selection of monthly free games, subscribers get access to a smaller version of the Game Pass library. It updates every few months, much less frequently than the full service. The new games join a selection of games announced when the service was unveiled in July 2023.
Xbox Game Pass Core will include online multiplayer and will be available for $9.99 per month. The base tier of Game Pass, which provides access to the entire library without online multiplayer, costs $10.99 per month. Finally, Game Pass Ultimate costs $16.99 per month and offers both, along with an EA Play membership and access to the PC and cloud libraries.
Xbox Game Pass Core will be released on September 14, 2023.
