New Albany outlasts rival Jeffersonville to get its second win of the season

Albanian-born Briton DEL BARBA was present with two teams in need of a win, and what better time to do that than rivalry week. THE BULLDOGS 1 TO 5 COME TONIGHT AND ON THE OTHER SIDE THE RED DEVILS ARE LOOKING FOR THEIR FIRST WIN. JEFFERSONVILLE PAID A VISIT TO NEW ALBANY. FIRST QUARTER QB NICK SCHINDLER CONNECTS WITH BRANDON CURL OVER THE MIDDLE AND COVERS FOR THE TOUCHDOWN. SEVEN NOTHING RED DEVILS SIX AND QUARTER CHASE LUSH KEEP IT. LOOK AT THE QUARTERBACK’S FOOTWORK ON HIS WAY TO THE END ZONE. A SMALL TOP POINT FOR THE TUDDY 13 TO 7 BULLDOGS. New Albany’s defense also showed up. TONIGHT, CHRISTOPHER LAMPKINS HAS NOT YET BEFORE HIS NIGHT WITH THE TAKEDOWN FOR TWO. THE FOURTH QUARTER LAMBKINS SIGHT THE INTERCEPTION AND RUN IT BACK. NEW ALBANY takes win #229 to 7. We made some changes last week and it paid off tonight. OUR EMPLOYEES DID A GOOD JOB. Our kids have stayed the course and you know we’ve struggled with injuries all year. But you know, whenever it’s a rivalry game, you have to be happy if you come out as a winner. BUT, YOU KNOW, THE KIDS PLAYED HARD. You know, there are a lot of athletes over there. So MY hats off to TRAINING PARKER AND THE NEXT ONE FOR THE BULLDOGS. A GREAT GAME AGAINST SEYMOU
