Nick Nolte cut an elegant figure at the world premiere of his new film Rittenhouse Square at the 31st Philadelphia Film Festival on Sunday.

The 81-year-old actor looked suave in a white shirt, which he paired with navy trousers and a black coat, and worn leather shoes.

He was barely recognizable during filming last year as he shaved off his signature beard for his role in the picture.

It tells the story of a young man named KJ (Dharon Jones) who becomes friends with an elderly homeless veteran, Barry (Nick).

As KJ deals with the aftermath of his father’s death and thoughts of suicide, he and Barry form a friendship that saves them both.

At the premiere, Nick was joined by director Brandon Eric Kamin and his son Brawley Nolte as they entered the Philadelphia Film Center.

The Gangster Squad actor has a few other projects on the way. He also has a role in Blackout, an upcoming movie that will also star Josh Duhamel.

Blackout revolves around a man in the hospital who wakes up to find the cartel is after him.

As for his private life, the Cape Fear star has seen quite a few changes over the past few years.

He married his longtime girlfriend Clytie Lane in 2016. The two have one child together, Sophie, who was born in 2007.

Lane is Nolte’s fourth wife. He was previously married to Shelia Lane from 1966 to 1970 and to Sharyn Haddad from 1978 to 1983.

He was also married to Rebecca Linger from 1984 to 1994. They welcomed a son, Brawley, in 1986.
