Nicky Hilton posts a family throwback to welcome little boy from Paris

RHOBH star has a new grandchild.

Kathy Hilton’s family continues to grow. The ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star welcomed her third grandchild in less than a year, and it came as a complete surprise to fans. According to peopleKathy’s daughter Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum welcomed a baby boy via surrogate in January 2023.

Hours after Paris announced the birth of her surprise baby share a photo of the newborn holding her thumb, her sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild posted a recap of the family with a congratulatory message. The photo, taken in the early 1980s, showed a young Kathy Hilton with her two daughters.

“Welcome to Mommyhood @ParishIlton!” Nicky captioned the picture. “So so incredibly happy for you! It’s the most beautiful ride. There is no greater love. You will be the best mom. What a lucky boy!”

The new mother’s sister-in-law, Tessa Hilton, commented on the post to call her newborn nephew “the happiest boy”.

“So exciting for you all” wrote RHOBH star Crystal Kung Minkoff.

“What a true blessing, I can’t wait to meet him. So happy for you all.” added family friend Faye Resnick.

The new baby is the third straight grandson for the Hiltons — and all in less than a year.

Brother Barron Hilton and his wife Tessa have a daughter, Milou, and a son, Caspian Barron Hilton, who was born in September 2022.

Shortly before the birth of Nicky’s son, patriarch Rick Hilton said Extra“It’s our first… grandson, so we’re very excited.”

During an appearance in January 2022 on “See What Happens Live” Paris told host Andy Cohen that she was dying to start a family and that she hopes to have babies who are age-matched to her siblings.

“Absolutely,” she replied when Cohen asked her if she wanted children. “Now with Nicky’s news, I can’t wait for them all to grow up together.”

Paris Hilton kept her surrogate a secret, but her mom nearly spilled the baby news in late 2022. In November, Kathy Hilton said E! news that her 41-year-old daughter was having trouble conceiving. “I know she keeps trying,” Kathy said. “So many people are fighting and it doesn’t just happen like that.”

Paris later said Entertainment Tonight that while their mother spoke out of turn, they were “fine.” “I don’t know where she came up with that,” Paris said. “I said, ‘Mom, I’ve never spoken to you about this.’ “

Paris had been open about in vitro fertilization treatments. A year before their wedding in 2021, She told the podcast “Ladygang”. that she was trying to have twin babies.

“The first one, we’re already planning it, will be a boy and girl twin,” she said. “I have baby London, that’s the girl, and I’m trying to figure out a name for the boy.”
