No, Patrick Mahomes did not test positive for drugs after winning the Super Bowl

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) after Super Bowl LVII.
On February 12, 2023, a rumor circulated on social media that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes had tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs ) had been tested .
However, this rumor was not true. It originated on the @S_CharlesNFL Twitter account. The account shows a Photo in stock for his profile picture and posts content that can best be described as satire, although nowhere in the user page’s bio does it state that the account posts fictional content.
There was no truth to this rumour.
The viral tweet read: “#BREAKING: The Chiefs Super Bowl legitimacy has been put on hold as the NFL plans to open an investigation into Patrick Mahomes’ possible use of PED during halftime. Sources confirm his post-game rapid drug test came back POSITIVE and the Chiefs could be guilty of losing the win.”
No such report could be found in reputable media sources.
