Raquel Leviss has applied for a restraining order.

Raquel Leviss has not sold the photos of her black eye to the media, despite speculation from various Bravo fan accounts. The photos in question were released as part of a restraining order Leviss filed against Scheana Shay.

In court documents obtained by Heavy, Leviss included four photos of her eye as part of her case alleging Shay physically assaulted her. Leviss lists the date of the alleged altercation as March 2, 2023 at around 1:30 p.m. She claims that she “was pushed against a wall, resulting in an injury to the back of her head.” She further claimed that Shay “punched [her] in the face, resulting in injury [her] left eye.”

Multiple outlets previously reported rumors that Shay physically assaulted Leviss after learning Leviss was having an affair with Tom Sandoval. Sandoval has been dating Shay’s girlfriend Ariana Madix for more than a decade.

A judge has granted Leviss a restraining order and scheduled a court hearing for March 29, 2023. Heavy has reached out to Leviss and Shay reps for comment.

Along with photos of her black eye along with a cut near her eyebrow, Leviss also included a screenshot of a social media post uploaded by Shay on March 5, 2023.

“Always stood by you,” Shay captioned the photo of her and Madix. Leviss highlighted the fist emoji that Shay included in her caption by circling it.

“Currently, mutual friends + colleagues tell me that she has no regrets about physically assaulting me and would do so again if she found that our mutual friend was subjected to further emotional distress,” Leviss wrote in the court documents.

Leviss also included copies of records she received from an emergency room.

“The patient was involved in a physical altercation with another person, a friend, in New York in the early hours of Thursday morning. Possible Wednesday midnight hours. She was pushed and hit her head on hard concrete at the back end. No aloc, no blackout, no NV, no concussion. She was then hit and punched in the left eye, resulting in bruising, pain, mild vision problems and also ongoing HA due to the altercation. A wound on the left eyebrow also healed well,” the notes read.

Heavy can also confirm that Leviss filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Lisa Vanderpump believes Scheana Shay attacked Raquel Leviss

Shay has not commented publicly on the allegations, although a source has tells Entertainment Tonight that Shay is innocent.

“Scheana didn’t beat her 100 percent. Raquel came to Scheana after her Watch What Happens live tape when this was all coming out. Scheana rejected Raquel and what happened after that is Raquel’s fault,” the source said, adding, “If you look at old pictures of Raquel, she always has that shadow on her eyes. The scratch is new, but that’s it. The cast finds the restraining order ridiculous. Nobody should be afraid of Scheana Shay.”

Several of the cast of “Vanderpump Rules” have spoken out about the alleged altercation between Leviss and Shay, including Lisa Vanderpump.

On the March 8, 2023 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” host Andy Cohen asked Vanderpump for her opinion on Levis’s claims.

“I think she slapped her in the face,” Vanderpump said. according to page six. “But you know what, her feelings would run really high because Ariana was her best friend for like 12 years. YThey forget it’s not just the show. They worked together four or five years prior to the show. They grew up together. She kind of has Ariana’s back,” she continued.

On March 7, 2023, Lala Kent answered a fan question about the alleged altercation during an Amazon Live.

“I was never told that story. That seems to work. I spoke to Scheana. It never crossed my mind,” she said.
