Occasional showers and thunderstorms until the end of the week

It looks like the umbrella might come in handy at times this week. A frontal boundary will hover over us by the end of the week. It will be the focal point for occasional showers and possibly thunderstorms each day. Precipitation potential will be between 0.25 and 0.50 through Thursday of this week. Temperatures will continue to reach highs in the mid to upper 80s despite clouds and rain activity. We expect high pressure to build in the area on Friday. This weather feature will help clear the skies and dry us out. Mostly sunny skies will give us a really nice weekend. Temperatures will continue to reach the upper 80s, with highs and lows in the lower to mid 60s.
