Tottenham Hotspur want Destiny Udogie and have held talks with his representatives after they travel to London.

Tottenham have already completed two signings this summer, with Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic on free transfers.

Fabio Paratici will have other goals in mind and may return to the Italian market for further reinforcements.

Who can blame him? Paratici knows the Italian market well and had brought the likes of Cristian Romero, Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski to Tottenham from Italy.

These signings have been huge successes for Tottenham and Paratici appear to have his sights set on his next goal in Serie A.

Tottenham Hotspur want Destiny Udogie

Reports from Italy last week suggested Udogie was on Tottenham’s radar for a summer move.

This seems to have accelerated very quickly Sky Sports now claims that Tottenham are pushing ahead with a possible deal.

Football director Fabio Paratici is said to have now met with Udogie’s representatives after they traveled to London.

Udogie’s agents are trying to lower Udinese’s asking price in order to facilitate a move this summer.

Juventus are also interested but Tottenham appear to be putting the most pressure on Udogie.

19-year-old Udogie made 35 appearances in Serie A last season, scoring five goals and providing four assists for Udinese.

Primarily a left-back, Udogie is now a regular at Italy’s Under-21 national team. He is considered a real future talent.

Hailed as “extraordinary” by boss Gabriele Cioffi in JanuaryUdogie has enjoyed a meteoric rise in Serie A.

Technically only on loan from Hellas Verona, Udogie will join Udinese permanently at the end of the month.

Udinese could then flip Udogie for a quick win while Tottenham position themselves to sign him.

This could be one in which Tottenham look to sign Udogie and loan him out for first-team experience before eventually becoming a north London first-team player.
