Phoenix cop accused of doing porn as ‘Rico Blaze’ on duty

A Phoenix The police officer is being investigated for alleged production and distribution porn while working on duty and from home.

In the description of the page, which remains visible to public users, Goggans writes: “I create Art & my [eggplant emoji] is the pen.”

“I create Art & My [eggplant emoji] is the pen,” writes Goggans.

Goggans, a native of Ohio, reportedly started producing porn content in 2019, a year before he joined the Phoenix Police Department.

He reportedly traveled back and forth between Phoenix and Las Vegas on a regular basis while at home, where he produced and starred in extremely graphic adult videos.

Goggans, who is now the subject of an open internal investigation, was on home duty before the investigation began

The outlet reports that Phoenix police have confirmed that Goggans is the subject of an open internal investigation. The agency declined to provide any further details.

Police say Goggans was on house duty before the investigation began for “unrelated and non-disciplinary reasons”.

Samantha Peer, the science teacher at Thunderbolt Middle School — known online as “Khloe Karter” — is said to have uploaded the adult videos to her OnlyFans account, according to Today’s News-Herald, which her students eventually discovered and shared among themselves.

Her husband, Dillon Peer – a fourth grade teacher at Nautilus Elementary School – is believed to have been the man who took part in the pornographic clips.

She resigned “under pressure” on October 31 after being placed on paid administrative leave and probation. Dillon was reportedly released four days later.

Samantha Peer posted a video on Friday revealing that she and her husband had resorted to creating X-rated content due to their low salaries.
