An ambulance is pictured making a “massive bang” after tipping over on its side during an accident that blocked a road.
Two cars and an ambulance collided in Mottram, Longdendale around 8am this morning.
The impact occurred on Mottram Moor, near the junction of Stalybridge Road and Market Street, causing long delays in the area.
Police, fire brigade and ambulance were rushed to the scene and closed Mottram Moor until around noon.
No injuries were reported in the collision.

Local residents took to social media to report hearing a “massive bang” before emergency services rushed to the scene, causing traffic chaos and “devastation” in the area.
A spokesman for the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “Just before 8am on Sunday March 12, firefighters were called to reports of a road accident at Mottram Moor, Hyde. A Hyde fire engine quickly attended to the incident, which involved two cars and an ambulance.
“Firefighters used special equipment to secure the area. GMFRS crews were present for approximately 20 minutes.’
