Pokémon GO Fest 2022: Full Event Schedule

Pokemon GO Fest 2022 is here. This two-day event gives players a chance to catch some rare and coveted Pokémon, and features a whole host of new raids, special research, and event-exclusive avatar items. Pokémon GO Fest 2022 will span two days, Saturday June 4, 2022 and Sunday June 5, 2022, with each day offering different features and events to participate in.

*All Pokémon marked with an asterisk below have a chance to be Shiny on Encounter.

Pokémon GO Fest 2022: Day One Schedule (Saturday, June 4, 2022)

habitat hours

On Saturday, June 4, 2022, players can explore their surroundings and catch some rare and Shiny Pokémon along the way. On this day, four habitats alternate for an hour each before being orbited a second time. A specific set of Pokémon will spawn during each Habitat Hour, and the full list of Pokémon is below. Players can also complete collection challenges for each Habitat hour and earn rewards in the process.

Global challenge arena

On this day, ticket holders can join other players from around the world to complete a different challenge every hour. Completing the challenges rewards players with perks for the remainder of the hour.

raids

There are a total of seven raid bosses on Saturday. Players can join these Raid Battles to hunt down good IV Pokémon or even shiny variants of some of the featured Pokémon.

Special Research Story (ticket holders only)

On Saturday, June 4th, 2022, a Special Research featuring the Mythical Pokémon Shaymin in its land form will be available. This special research is only available to ticket holders. Players participating in this special research can choose from three branches (Catching, Combat, or Explore) to suit their preferred playstyle, as well as three difficulty settings (Relaxed, Standard, or Master) so that all fans can have the gaming experience they have prefer. Choosing between branches and difficulties changes the special research tasks presented to players, but only branches change the rewards players receive upon completing the task.

Pokémon GO Fest 2022: Day Two Schedule (Sunday, June 5, 2022)

On Sunday, June 5, 2022, there will be a slightly modified version of Saturday’s raid lineup.

Global challenge arena

On this day, the Global Challenge Arena described above will open to all players. Saturday’s Challenge Arena is exclusive to ticket holders, but Sunday’s is open to all players.

Special research history

Both non-ticket holders and ticket holders can participate in a Special Research story on Sunday, June 5, 2022. Ticket holders have a slightly longer special research, but all players participating that day can participate in the tasks.
