Police are naming a man charged with alleged ‘domestic violence’ over GBH
A MAN arrested after police entered a property has been charged with intentional aggravated assault.
The Star reported after officers attended a speech in Thatto Heath on Friday afternoon, January 13 and used a battering ram to enter before arresting a suspect.

Gary Foster, 31, has since been charged with intentional aggravated assault.
According to the police, the charges relate to the allegation of “domestic violence”.

Foster, of Holly Crescent, Rainford, appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court on Saturday January 14.
He has been remanded in custody pending his next scheduled appearance, which will be at Liverpool Crown Court in February.
