Police are pursuing and fighting the theft suspect ‘after the Saints’ goods were stolen’.
Just days after the Saints were crowned club champions, police said a man took several items from the shop at Totally Wicked Stadium without paying.
The staff followed the man and then referred him to the community support police officers.

The officer pursued the suspect along Peasley Cross Lane and soon overran him.
He was attacked on Phoenix Brow before being assisted by officers from the police’s Response and Resolution Team.
The 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft from a store and an alleged bail crime.
The man of no permanent address is currently in custody.
