Police say gunfire hit the Baton Rouge church where people were inside on Sunday

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Police Department said a church was shot at Sunday night.

According to police, shots were fired in the air and around 9 p.m. a shot was fired at the Iglesia Misionera Pentecostes on South Tamari Drive. Police said between 50 and 60 people were inside the church.

According to police, no one was injured in the shooting.
