Princess Maker 2 regeneration postponed to 2024
Bliss Brain announced this Princess Maker 2 Regeneration will no longer be published on December 21, 2023. Instead, the game must be postponed to May 30, 2024. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]
According to Bliss Brain, the reason for the delay is so that the company can improve the current quality of the game. The company apologizes to customers who are looking forward to the game.
Princess Maker 2 Regeneration is an extended port of Princess Maker 2 Refinewhich came out in 2004. Refine itself is a port and the original Princess Maker 2 was published in 1993, thirty years ago. Some new changes in regeneration contain new illustrations and art. regeneration Used Refine‘s graphics, but for regenerationTakami Akai (who worked on the original Princess Maker) has redrawn it to be closer to the original ’90s aesthetic. There will also be a new anime opening, with Gainax as the studio.
Princess Maker 2 is a life and parenting simulation game in which you play as the father of a girl descended from a star. You have eight years to raise your daughter, starting at age 10 and ending at age 18. For example, you can send your daughter to class or work, or let her go on adventures. There are multiple endings depending on your daughter’s stats etc. regeneration will also add a feature to always display your daughter’s parameters so you can easily plan in advance.
Princess Maker 2 Regeneration will be released on May 30, 2024 for PS4, PS5, Windows PC and Nintendo Switch.
