Prism Project Vtuber Lana Shikami will graduate

Sony Music Japan Prism Project Vtuber Lana Shikami announced that she will be graduating. This comes after the company and artist announced a hiatus on August 5, 2023. She pointed out that the decision was due to her ongoing health concerns. She also sent a final message to fans about the situation, confirming there will be no final stream due to health issues. Prism Project will issue an additional statement at a later date to verify the status of your account and other details.
Here is Lana Shikami’s official graduation announcement. She remarked, “I didn’t expect the fallout from my medical issues to be so lasting, but I need to put my health above all else and after thinking about it and discussing it with the Prism project staff, I did I made the decision that it would just be too difficult to continue as I am now.” She also thanked people for their support.
She made her debut on April 29, 2023 alongside Ami Amami and Tsubame Kou. She was known for playing games on stream as well as hosting ASMR games. That means she was only active for nearly four months before she had to retire to properly recover.
