drew and Jonathan Scott return for a brand new season of Property Brothers: Forever Home. That HGTV The series will premiere on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific Time.

According to the networkthis season was filmed in her “home” of Los Angeles, California.

“Embodying the laid-back California vibe, the duo will continue to help homeowners from all walks of life realize their property’s full potential through thoughtful renovations and creating homes that families won’t want to leave,” the season’s description reads. “Fans will also get a glimpse into the brothers’ personal lives, including updates on Drew and Linda’s family life.”

The Canadian-born twins became thanks to the success of HGTV’s “property brothers.” Since their debut in 2011, they have built a franchise that includes Brother vs. Brother, Celebrity IOU, and, as of 2019, Property Brothers: Forever Home.

Drew & Jonathan transform a generations-old family home in the premiere

According to HGTV, Drew and Jonathan are helping a couple remodel their generations-old family home, which was last renovated in the 1980s.

“Major updates are needed to allow the couple to celebrate their Hispanic heritage and create their own special moments,” the episode description reads.

The sibling duo “will redesign the entryway, dining room and kitchen, creating a welcoming open concept perfect for entertaining their extended family,” according to the press release. “They will also add a cozy new living room with a newly renovated fireplace and comfortable seating.”

“Property Brothers: Forever Home” is being cast

Los Angeles fans can apply for their own forever home transformation. On September 12, 2022 the brothers announced on Instagram that they are currently casting for future episodes.

“We’re looking for families who LOVE their home – great neighborhood, great amenities, tons of memories and decent bones, but also know that there is so much that needs to be changed inside and out that only a major makeover can fix it.” according to the application. “If this sounds like you, Jonathan and Drew want to make your design dreams a reality and finally turn your house into your forever home!”

With the recent increase in renovation costs, prospective applicants should be aware that renovations could cost anywhere from $200,000 to $250,000.

Drew & Jonathan signed a 3 year deal with HGTV

HGTV’s go-to twins aren’t going anywhere! September 2022, variety reported Drew and Jonathan signed a three-year deal with the network.

The twins will continue to produce episodes of Property Brothers: Forever Home and Celebrity IOU, according to the publication. Their production company, Scott Brothers Entertainment, will also “develop more exclusive series and digital content for the home in partnership with the Warner Bros. Discovery brand.”

“Our long and fruitful collaboration with Drew and Jonathan is largely based on their endless reserves of creativity and ability to forge deep connections with audiences,” Kathleen Finch, chairman and chief content officer of Warner Bros. Discovery, told Variety. “These are stars who consistently attract and engage fans regardless of platform. So this new agreement ensures that together we can continue to develop fun, innovative content that will delight viewers for years to come.”
