Raquel Leviss wrote to Tom Sandoval days before news of their affair broke.

Raquel Leviss shared a text message she received from Tom Sandoval meanwhile an interview with Page Six. At some point during the interview, Danny Murphy, co-host of the Virtual Reali-tea podcast, asked Leviss who of the VPR cast she had recently texted. Leviss went through her phone until she found the answer.

“I have a text thread with Tom and Tom,” she said, referring to Sandoval and his best friend Tom Schwartz. “Mine is from Schwartz saying, ‘Raq, come with us tomorrow. See ya mañana’,” she shared. She ended up DJing at the new bar with Sandoval and Schwartz.

On March 3, 2023, news of Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s split broke on the internet. In the first report published by TMZHer fans also learned that “Vanderpump Rules” star Leviss is said to be in the middle of a breakup.

Sources to People magazine that Sandoval and Leviss have been dating for more than six months. They have been accused of keeping their affair completely a secret from the rest of their castmates, including Madix, who has been with Sandoval for nine years.

According to People magazineMadix found out about Sandoval and Leviss’ relationship on March 1, 2023. At the time, she was present at one of Sandoval’s band shows in Los Angeles.

At one point, Sandoval’s phone was visible to Madix, and a video Leviss had sent him surfaced. The video is said to be sexual in nature. From there, Madix scrolled through Sandoval’s texts and saw several inappropriate messages between him and Leviss.

“She had no idea any of this was happening behind her back,” a source told People. Two days later, fans noticed that Madix deactivated all of their social media accounts, and within hours, news of the messy breakup was spreading across the internet.

Since then, Madix has had support from her friends, including Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Kristen Doute. Hours after the news broke, Doute uploaded a “real-time” video from her and Madix to her Instagram account. In the video, Madix appeared to be in good spirits, smiling and laughing while hanging out with some friends.

Later that evening, Madix went to the Tove Lo concert, according to videos shared on the Instagram Stories of the “Vanderpump Rules” cast members.

After news of the affair broke, a source informed said Page Six that Sandoval and Leviss’ relationship is the real deal and goes beyond a simple connection. They “want to be together,” the source said.

on March 4, 2023, Another source told Page Six that Sandoval and Leviss had plans to tell Madix about their secret romance. The pair had been contemplating the idea “for weeks” and were keen to get in, although it wasn’t clear if they would be doing it on camera or privately.

Meanwhile, sources told TMZ that Bravo cameras were on hand to record the aftermath of the shocking news. The footage is said to be edited for season 10, so fans can see how things play out sooner rather than later. Also, Andy Cohen has responded to the news and seems ready for the upcoming reunion. “I need answers,” he said on his Instagram Stories.
