A “Real Housewives” star opened up about the end of her marriage.

A Real Housewives star speaks out after her now-ex-husband said a few things during a steamy mic moment in the Miami franchise.

Lisa Hochstein overheard Lenny Hochstein say he was “maybe single” while chatting with pal Vito. Lenny Hochstein didn’t realize his microphone was on during the call – and Bravo chose to use the footage.

When Lenny Hochstein’s boyfriend said he didn’t want to see the two split up, Lenny Hochstein replied, “I do.” In the months that followed, Lenny Hochstein filed for divorce, according to page six. He and Lisa Hochstein had been married for 12 years. At the time, Lisa Hochstein said she was “taken by surprise” by the divorce filing.

“With two young children involved, as a mother I will be focusing all of my energy and time on them. I am taken aback by his behavior and his reckless handling of the situation,” their rep told Page Six in a statement.

Lisa Hochstein was only aware of her ex’s hot microphone moment months later.

During a meeting with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live” Lisa Hochstein spoke openly about the hot mic moment.

“You need to update us on the current status,” Cohen told Lisa Hochstein on the show. “What was your reaction when you saw it on the show?” he asked.

Lisa Hochstein admitted she only heard the steamy mic moment “less than a week” before it aired on RHOM.

And her reaction?

“It was a lot. devastated. Shocked. Some suspicions I had were almost confirmed,” she said. “I always thought there might be something going on,” she added.

Lisa Hochstein told Cohen that she and her ex “hardly” communicate and that they only share information pertaining to their children, Logan and Elle.

Lisa Hochstein admitted she was trying to work on her marriage

As the new season of RHOM began, Lisa Hochstein seemed to think that everything with her marriage would last. She told Cohen that she was determined to work on things and thought that she and her then-husband were working toward the same goal.

“I did my best to fix any problems. Most marriages have ups and downs and we were definitely going through a rough patch, but I just felt like we were in a better place. Better than last year,” she explained.

“Lenny is who he is. He’s always been like that, so I really didn’t think anything of it, but everyone around me saw what was going on except me,” she said, adding, “I didn’t see it myself.”

She went on to admit that she believes there were “signs” that their marriage was falling apart, but believes she may have “ignored” them.

Since that divorce filing, things have gotten pretty messy between the Hochsteins. And Lisa Hochstein to People magazine that she would never get back with her ex because of it.

“He did so many terrible things to me – too much has been said and too much done – that any chance of reconciliation has vanished from my mind. I have no hope of getting back together. That ship has sailed,” she told the outlet in mid-December 2022.
