Isco knows he will not receive a new contract from the Spanish giants, but he still refuses to leave Los Blancos at present, according to reports.

Eurosport reported in December that Arsenal were among the clubs interested in negotiating with Isco over the next step in his career.

Newcastle United, Real Betis and Sevilla are also interested in the two-time La Liga winners.

Based on The Sunday Mirror (January 2, p67), Madrid intended to provide four-time Champions League winner against Tottenham this month.

What should Arsenal do with Isco?

In our opinion, Arsenal should not bid Isco in the January transfer window but should wait until the summer of 2022.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta does not need to bring in another attacking midfielder this month.

Especially one who has fight for playtime in a few months.

Martin Odegaard and Emile Smith Rowe are doing well at the moment, and Isco is unlikely to get ahead of them in the attacking midfield position.
