Replacement of water main to affect traffic flow at Duncannon

DUNCANNON, Pa. (WHTM) – A water main replacement will result in disrupted traffic patterns and parking in Duncannon Borough, Perry County.
According to the district, the project is expected to begin Monday, January 16 and last about 12 weeks. Parking and traffic patterns will be disrupted and the contractor will not post parking signs when necessary.
The district also states that all planned water outages will be notified and project updates can be found at click here as well as on the Duncannon Borough Facebook page.
The following water pipes must be replaced:
- High Street from Chestnut Street to Mary Street
- Mary Street from High Street to North Lincoln Street
- North Lincoln from Mary Street to 624 N. Lincoln Street
