Riley Keough skips Daisy Jones & The Six UK premiere amid row with Priscilla Presley over Lisa Marie

Riley Keough skipped the UK premiere of her latest TV project last night as she is reportedly no longer speaking to grandmother Priscilla Presley about her ongoing inheritance battle.
Keough told her Instagram followers that she “FOMO” (fear of missing out) when co-stars Suki Waterhouse and Camila Morrone promoted their Amazon Prime series Daisy Jones & The Six without her.
The 33-year-old is said to be embroiled in a bitter battle with 77-year-old Priscilla, who is upset after being written out of her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s will.
Keough’s absence surprised many considering she is the titular star of the series, which follows a rock band in the 1970s and their rise on the LA music scene.

“No one really thought Riley would be involved with the screen and Q&A given what she’s been going through the past few weeks, but her absence was felt as her co-stars discussed scenes with Daisy,” said a guest of the London event told the Daily Mirror.
“It struck me as a bit strange that the leading lady wasn’t there, but Camila was absolutely adorable during the discussion, wowing the audience with her witty observations and jokes.”
It is understood that Keough and her grandmother are no longer on speaking terms following the dispute over Lisa Marie’s will.
The late star died suddenly of cardiac arrest on January 12 at the age of 54, just two days after attending the Golden Globes.
Priscilla, Elvis Presley’s widow, had been appointed trustee of her daughter’s estate until 2016, when it was amended to make Keough and her brother Benjamin the sole heirs.
Benjamin committed suicide in 2020, meaning the assets now belong to Keough.
Priscilla denies the 2016 amendment and has questioned the authenticity of her late daughter’s signatures on the document.
It’s unclear how much money Lisa Marie left behind, as some reports speculate that the troubled singer-songwriter squandered the $100 million fortune she inherited after her father’s death in 1977.
Insiders close to the family told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday, “Riley is saddened by the loss of her mother and is heartbroken to deal with a trust dispute with a family member.”
“Priscilla insists that she has a valid case and that she will prevail in court.
‘Riley and Priscilla are not communicating at this time but have been in touch through attorneys.’
It comes after Priscilla urged fans to ignore the noise over the argument a few weeks ago.
The source added that Keough would prefer to settle the dispute privately as both women are now “preparing” for a bitter court battle.
“She is heartbroken that this has become a public matter and knows her mother would never want this to happen,” the source said, noting that Priscilla is “convinced.” [the] old documents had been forged.’

Ben’s suicide in 2020 left Riley (right) as sole trustee for Lisa Marie’s estate, but Priscilla hopes to invalidate that change. Riley is seen here with her mother in the last photo before the 54-year-old passed away

Keough, who has had to bury both her mother and brother for the past three years, was “very stressed” about the argument but “is trying to keep a positive attitude,” the source said.
But even though she skipped Thursday night’s star-studded screening, she was quick to pitch to promoting her latest series on her Instagram account.
Sharing a series of promotional images from Amazon Prime to her Instagram Stories, she also posted a snap of co-stars Murrone and Waterhouse sharing a drink.
“Karen and Camila take London,” Murrone wrote.
Riley, who became a mother for the first time last year, added: “Meanwhile, Daisy has FOMO @daisyjonesandthesix.”
Daisy Jones and the Six, an adaptation of Taylor Jenki Reid’s bestselling bestseller of the same name, will stream on Amazon Prime on March 3.
