Fabrizio Romano reported on it Twitter Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool could be on the verge of signing Calvin Ramsay from Aberdeen in a €10m (£8.54m) transfer deal.

The well-known and respected journalist has claimed Liverpool are in talks with Aberdeen over Ramsay’s arrival in the summer transfer window.

The 18-year-old right-back has great potential and enjoys a very high profile in the football world.
The Scotland Under-21 international has experience of First team football with Aberdeen and that would help him at Liverpool.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is currently the number one right-back at Liverpool and that’s not about to change.
However, Ramsey could be the England international’s understudy at Liverpool.
Ramsey is only 18 now so he wouldn’t be pressured to hit the ground running at Liverpool.
