Rumer Willis’ baby bump makes his red carpet debut

A DWTS champion walked the red carpet pregnant.

Dancing With the Stars Season 20 Champion Rumer Willis performed with her mother Demi Moore at the Versace FW23 Show at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles on March 9, 2023. The event is one of the few public appearances Willis has made since she announced she is pregnant with her first child.

“Magic night with mom @demimoore for @versace what a glorious show @donatella_versace bravo”, Willis captioned an Instagram post that consisted of photos from the evening.

Both Willis and Moore wore blazer-style coats designed by Versace for the runway show. They posed for photos together, marking their first mother-daughter red carpet appearance in 2023.

Willis and boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas will welcome their baby boy in the spring.

According to The Hollywood ReporterSeveral celebrities attended the Versace fashion show, including Elton John, Gabrielle Union and Miley Cyrus.

“This collection begins with the understanding and appreciation of the body that at Versace has always been at our hearts. We applied the lessons learned in the atelier to ready-to-wear: the construction, the tailoring, the beauty of the fabric. This is a celebration of our craftsmanship and our understanding of true luxury,” Donatella Versace said in the show notes, according to THR.

Willis who announced her pregnancy on Instagram Back in December 2022, she smiled for the cameras when she posed while wearing a black mini dress that hugged her curves. She paired the look with her oversized blazer jacket and a pair of heels. She wore her fair hair parted sideways and down in tight curls.

Fans loved seeing Willis and Moore together, both ready for new chapters in their lives as mothers and grandmothers, respectively.

“I saw a picture of you and your mom with Donatella on her page! You look great! I love these pictures” one person commented on Willis’ Instagram post.

“Gurl, you carry motherhood incredibly well! you are stunning,” someone else wrote.

“You are both so beautiful” read a third comment.

Demi Moore is looking forward to becoming a grandmother

Shortly after Willis announced her pregnancy, Moore shared the news on her own Instagram feed.

“I’m stepping into my hot, crazy granny era,” she said captioned a photo of Thomas kissing Willis’ stomach. The very next day, Willis shared a picture of the entire family, including daughters Tallulah Willis and Scout Willis, at the doctor’s office while Rumer performed an ultrasound on Willis.

“Hello little nibbles!! Happy for you, my sweet Rumer. It’s an honor to witness your journey into motherhood and I can’t wait to welcome this baby into the world,” says Moore captioned the snap.

early March 2023, a source told Us Weekly that Moore is excited about becoming a grandmother for the first time.

“She can’t wait to be a grandma and helps Rumer get ready in so many ways – figuring out the nursery, scouting baby names, buying her What to Expect type books, recommending vitamins, and of course her own Experience shares a smooth pregnancy,” the source said.

Rumer Willis’ father Bruce Willis, the was diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia, also becomes a grandfather for the first time at birth.
