Samsung pauses One UI 4.0 rollout for all devices

While many people have experienced no issues on their devices with the One UI 4.0 update based on Android 12, it looks like Samsung has paused the rollout to fix some lingering issues.

According to a post on the Korean version of Official Samsung Community Forum (through the TizenHelp), the rollout of One UI 4.0 is on hold until the multitude of issues have been resolved and fixed. A translated response from Samsung’s official moderator suggests that the Android 12 rollout halt is due to a number of reasons “Google Play system compatibility problem” on selected Galaxy devices. The first rollout of the One UI 4.0 update has seen many Galaxy device owners encounter issues and bugs.
