SOME residents are affected by a power outage tonight, Saturday, due to a power outage.
The issue affects some zip codes in the Parr area.
It was reported to Scottish Power at 18.50.
What did Scottish Power say?
A statement from Scottish Power said: “There is a power outage affecting the WA9 postcode area of St Helens.
“We had no advance warning and only became aware of it at 6:50 p.m.

“Our next available technician will be on site to find and fix the fault as quickly and as safely as possible.
“We expect your power to be restored by 10pm.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.”
