Team Liquid won’t be the same without the iconic headshot machine and his brother.
The legendary headshot machine and his talented brother leave Team Liquid’s Valorant roster. The dynamic duo of Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom and Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom have been officially fired following an announcement on the organization’s social media channel today.
Scream joined Team Liquid in 2020 along with other members of the fish123 team and has achieved remarkable success over the past two years. especially in 2021 when Liquid won the EMEA and European Challengers and Red Bull Homeground. Internationally, ScreaM placed fourth in both the Masters and Champions. Nivera later joined the team in 2021 but was instrumental in achieving the above results and was highly regarded for his calm guard play and pinpoint operator skills.
The future of both players is uncertain, but it looks like the two will become Karime Corp, a French esports organization involved in next year’s EMEA franchise Valorant Champions Tour.
As for Liquid, the roster’s backup players have not yet been confirmed, however, they are heavily rumored to be two former Gambit players: Igor “Redgar” Vlasov and Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin.
