Caroline Manzo looks completely different in photos from then and now.

Caroline Manzo starred in The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the first five seasons, but left the show in 2013. From there, Manzo landed her own spin-off called Manzo’d With Children, which ran on Bravo for three seasons was broadcast.

Since leaving reality television behind, Manzo has focused on her family and helping take care of her granddaughter, Markie. She’s not very active on social media, but she does share photos of herself and her family from time to time.

Fans of RHONJ — or anyone who follows Manzo on Instagram — may have noticed that her appearance has changed drastically since leaving Bravo. The main difference is her hair – she has left the red in the past and embraced her grey. Manzo has changed over the years, and a look at photos of her from decades ago shows the difference.

Fans reacted to then & now photos of Manzo posted to Instagram

In April 2022, an Instagram account that posts “then vs. now” photos of Bravolebrities chose Manzo as their topic of the day. Photos of Manzo were uploaded side by side to the account’s feed, one showing Manzo on her wedding day and the other a more recent photo of the mother of three.

Fans took to the comments section to react, with many pointing out that Manzo looks like she’s aged naturally.

“I don’t think she had any work done.” one person commented.

“Nice then and now” someone else added.

“She looked great and still does” wrote a third Instagram user.

“The gray hair on her looks great,” read another comment.

“Stunning yesterday and today, Caroline.” said a fifth person.

To ring in 2022, Manzo shared a family photo showing off her short gray hair and trim figure — and fans absolutely loved it.

“Caroline looks so hot” one person wrote.

“Beautiful family… and Caroline, you look stunning.” read another comment.

“Wow Caroline looks fabulous… What a lovely family‼️” someone else said.

Manzo has considered a possible RHONJ return

Fans who’ve watched RHONJ from the start will know how Manzo and Teresa Giudice’s friendship fell apart — and why. The women were once very close, but things went wrong pretty quickly.

On May 24, 2022, Episode of the podcast “Dear Albie”.Manzo told her son Albie that she was “tired” of “using” Giudice. [her] as a weapon to say that [she] was the one citing her IRS claim and stuff like that.”

“We’re not those people,” Caroline said.

However, things will change for Manzo in the coming months and she has been thinking about what she wants to do in the fall as Markie will be going to school.

When Manzo was asked if she would consider returning to RHONJ for a showdown with her nemesis, Manzo said she would have great “joy” about it, but “Bravo doesn’t want to pay her” for what she wants to come back — whether be it for a cameo appearance or in a part-time or full-time role.
