Bachelor in Paradise couple Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile won’t be dating on Valentine’s Day, but that’s no sign of anything going wrong in their relationship. she told People Magazine.

The couple met on “Bachelor in Paradise,” and they’re now married and living in New York City, according to People, which revealed they enjoy dates at home with tacos and margaritas or pasta and wine.

Pitt told People Magazine the couple was going out for a romantic dinner at The Waverly Inn, but then realized she’d double-booked.

“I forgot I already committed to going to a fashion event,” Pitt told People. “I was like, ‘Oh my god Joe, I’m so sorry. I double booked.’ He canceled the reservation. But we don’t need two Valentines. It’s okay.”

Pitt told People that the couple often enjoys cooking together and watching movies at home.

Amabile told the mag that they “probably make tacos and margaritas once a week, especially in the summer.”

“This is what happens when you get married!” Amabile told People.

Pitt and Amabile plan a large wedding of 200 people, although they have already married at the courthouse. According to Life & Style magazine.

“It’s going well,” Pitt told Life & Style, who reported they are promoting a partnership with Olmeca Altos Tequila.

She praised her wedding planner to the magazine, despite getting married in the courthouse.

Pitt also told Life & Style that their relationship is going well.

“You know how when it’s your birthday and let’s say you’re turning 25 and everyone’s like, ‘Oh my God, she feels so different.’ It’s like, ‘No, I feel the same as yesterday,'” Pitt told the magazine. “For us, we went to the courthouse, we got married, we went back to our apartment and had lunch. Life went on the same way. It’s not like big changes have happened for us.”

In that interview, Pitt also spoke about how she and Amabile enjoy going on dates at home.

“We do a lot of taco nights at home,” Pitt said, and Amabile added to Life & Style that the couple are “big tequila drinkers and especially margaritas,” which is why they decided to partner with a tequila company. Of course, they fell in love on the beaches of Mexico.

The couple also gushed about being married to each other on their social media pages. in November 2022, Pitt shared a photo of the couple on Instagram and wrote: “1 week as your wife.”
