Shapiro joins Biden, Harris in Philadelphia to fund lead pipe removal

The Philadelphia trip marks the third time this week that Biden has set out to announce projects that will benefit from the bipartisan infrastructure bill of 2021 and underscores how the White House hopes to increase the tangible benefits that the Americans will see of the President’s legislative accomplishments.
