Shroud reveals the one thing that might make him finally leave the New World

Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek revealed that he could eventually leave the New World if the upcoming dungeon mutant feature, which is supposed to make them harder, doesn’t give players an incentive to do them.
Shroud is still chugging with New World despite some fans question Why is he still playing?
He believes the best is yet to come and reveals much hope of an upcoming mutant feature in dungeons that essentially make them harder, similar to the ‘legendary’ dungeons in World of Warcraft.
However, he admits that if they don’t give players a good incentive to do them, especially in terms of providing better rewards than the ones currently available, he could quit the game. .

New World’s next update will include a new feature that makes dungeons harder.
“If mutants work the same way we’re doing and they’re all harder, but you get nothing for it, I’m not going to compete,” he said.
“What good is it to play for something harder if it gives you the same results?
“If they are mutagenic and you can do legend plus dungeons and make them harder, but they really don’t give me any rewards, then I won’t play. Like, what’s the problem? That’s some stupid sh*t.
“You make a mutation. It took like an hour to do. It is a challenge. You spend a lot of mats. Then you don’t even see anything good. Just going to smoke. ”
Shroud also explains that even slightly better loot won’t cut it as it will leave the player “in the same boat”. For that reason, he believes that the next update might make or break the game.
However, with New World’s player base is still dwindling, and with Lost beer keg slated for release in February 2022, some believe it will be the last nail in the coffin.
