Following recent developments, the Philadelphia 76ers find themselves in the midst of the NBA’s biggest storylines. Kevin Durant listed Philly among his desired landing spots, along with the Boston Celtics.

Since this news broke, two-time Finals MVP has been spotted hanging out with former teammate and Sixers star James Harden. This has led fans to connect all the points that could lead to the blockbuster trade going down.

Along with Sixers fans, some analysts believe Philly could be the best-case scenario for Durant if he changes the scene. Due to the limitations of their abilities, however, Daryl Morey will have to fight an uphill battle as he tries to add another superstar deal to his résumé.

Recently, people in Bleacher Report launched a transaction to strengthen each NBA team’s starting lineup. As expected, the Sixers got the disgruntled All-Star striker position. In the script, they parted ways with Tobias Harris, Tyrese Maxey, Matisse Thybulle, and the first two picks in exchange for Durant.

Durant teaming up with James Harden for a third time would be something, considering how badly things ended in Brooklyn, but Frank Isola reported that Durant “wants” to reunite with his former companion. Having Durant, Harden and Joel Embiid on the same list is like a cheat code. Put them in the same peg group as PJ Tucker and insert -1/5-Sixer here (De’Anthony Melton? House of Danuel Jr?) could be the key to unlocking this team’s championship potential.

Analyst Sees Sixers as Opponent With or Without Kevin Durant

Whether the Sixers push for the Durant trade or not, there’s no denying it’s been a successful season for the team. Daryl Morey has solidified the supporting cast around the big trio and has done so without dropping any work from last year.

As well as signing with Danuel House and PJ Tucker, Morey landed two-way defense De’Anthony Melton in a draft night deal. After their constant moves, ESPN’s Bobby Marks sees the Sixers as the ultimate threat with or without more Durant.

I had them as a team that could certainly be talked about as a conference finalist when you add PJ Tucker and Danuel House. Tyrese Maxey, another year of growth here. Like I said, James Harden, I’m considered a top three MVP contender… But I see this team, even if they’ve traded Durant before, this team I think can be one of the teams that will stand up. when we all said and done here.

Podcast Host Trolls Group Photo Sixers

Along with getting ready for this upcoming season, Tobias Harris celebrated a major lifetime achievement this summer. The veteran striker got married, with many teammates present to celebrate the big moment.

Photographs have begun to emerge from the front desk, including Harris, Maxey, Thybulle and Georges Niang. With things going, “Rights to Ricky Sanchez” host Spike Eskin used this as an opportunity to poke fun at the team. He posted the photos on Twitter, calling them “the best Brooklyn,” in reference to Durant’s sweepstakes.
