The wedding was attended by 150 guests, with Sarah, who played Haley Dunphy on Modern Family from 2009-2020, being joined by several of her ABC series co-stars.

Sarah and Wells were originally scheduled to marry in August 2020 but delayed the procedure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Explaining that the wedding has been postponed multiple times, the groom told People about their plans for the 2022 wedding last year: “We were obviously supposed to get married last year, that didn’t happen,” he told the outlet. “We were supposed to get married this year, it didn’t happen.

“So now we’re hoping next year, or we go to Vegas or the courthouse, I don’t know — well, we’re not going to do those last two things, but I don’t know. 2022 has to be our year, right?!”
