Somehow Grogu has returned and he’s as cute as he’s ever been in Mandalorian Season 3

It’s time for a cuteness overload.

Valentine’s Day has come and gone, but our love for the cutest creature in Star Wars history only grows with each passing day. The latest Season 3 Mandalorian clip features a brief scene of Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) and The Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) discussing the serious matter of finding a place to go into hiding after the bounty hunter broke a keyholder of his religion by removing his helmet in front of others.

However, everyone’s green-skinned little dude, Grogu, is there to break the tension of this otherwise straight scene. The Mandalorian is reluctant to accept Greef’s friendly offer of some free land, while in the background of the scene, Grogu doesn’t seem to care about the world. The former Jedi-in-training sits in a swivel chair and constantly plays with his Force powers by rotating the seat.

The conversation is only interrupted for a second when Greef addresses his confusion about Grogu traveling with The Mandalorian again. The hunter then stops the spinning chair with his hand, drawing the cute creature’s attention to some red and orange snacks lying on Greef’s desk. As The Mandalorian tells the sad tale of how he essentially became a traitor to his religion by taking off his helmet, Grogu uses the power to pull a treat through the air right into his tiny hand.

The clip ends with Grogu enjoying the snack while Greef assures The Mandalorian that although The Way of Mandalore may no longer view him kindly, the people of Nevarro still hold him in high esteem.

The third season of The Mandalorian streams exclusively on Disney+ on March 3rd.
