Sony seems to sell its own electric car
The Sony Group said it will form a car unit and probe into the electric vehicle market, in another sign of how the automotive and electronics businesses are overlapping.
In CES Technology Conference In Las Vegas, Sony showed off a prototype of a seven-seat electric sport utility vehicle with full-time four-wheel drive. Sony shares closed up 3.7% in Tokyo on Wednesday following the news.
