‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ post-production: How many credits are there?

Alert: Spider-Man: There’s no way home spoilers ahead: As Marvel fans know, the end-credits scenes are sometimes the best (and most confusing) part of the MCU movies, and Spider-Man: There’s no way home post-credits scene Is no exception.

Spider-Man: There’s no way home—A sequel of 2017 Spider-Man: Homecoming and in 2019 Spider-Man: Far From Home—It is the third Spider-Man film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the 27th film in the franchise overall. Movie stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man), a high school student with spider-like superpowers. The film is set after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home, saw Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) reveal Peter as Spider-Man and accuse him of murder. Spider-Man: There’s no way home Peter asks Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for help to restore his secret life and identity. However, Dr. Strange’s magic doesn’t go as planned, and the broken spell opens up the multiverse to allow superheroes from alternate realities who battled the versions. Another Spider-Man arrives in the MCU’s Spider-Verse.

In an interview with Uproxx in February 2021, Holland, who is known to fans for spoiling the MCU movies, confirmed that some details about Spider-Man: There’s no way home leaked before its premiere while others kept it a secret. “It was a difficult situation… sometimes the fans understood what was going on, sometimes they didn’t. Sometimes they figure one thing out, and it opens up a whole world of possibilities and they go in a tangential direction, which couldn’t be more or less true to what we’re creating,” he said. “Unfortunately, sometimes, things leak and things get spoiled. But right now, with this movie, I think we’re doing a very, very good job of keeping things secret. And I’m sure there’s something going on that I don’t know about. I mean, I’m usually the last to find out what’s going on, because of this ridiculous rumor I screwed up the movie! ”

He continued, “But, I think, the hard part of those questions is: it’s a question that will get a response no matter what the answer is. So that’s one of those things that you have to figure out, what’s the best way to handle this? Am I lying? Should I tell the truth? I would just say, ‘I can’t say anything.’ Would I say, ‘I can neither confirm nor deny’? There’s nothing you can really say that won’t trigger a reaction from the fans. So it is a double-edged sword. It could be great. It can be a great thing, but sometimes it can be a pretty disastrous thing.”

Since the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with 2008 Iron Man, the franchise used post-credits scenes — a.k.a. post-credits cutscenes from each MCU film — as a way to tease the universe’s next films, and Spider-Man: There’s no way home The post-credit scene is no different.
