This was ordered as anti-social behavior has been consistently reported in the area in recent weeks.
Earlier this month, “around 50 to 60” young people were involved in riots that damaged a police car and burned out a rubbish bin around the Duckeries.
It was also reported that a bus window was smashed in by thrown stones.
Proliferation zones were put in place earlier this month to respond to the behavior, as well as increased patrols in the area.

The dissolution order falls under Section 34 of the Anti-Social Behavior & Policing Act 2014, which gives police officers and traffic cops, in support of the police, the power to direct anyone who engages in anti-social behavior or is likely to become involved in such incidents.
These powers are not used for people visiting the area and going about their daily business.
Under the legislation, officers have the power to confiscate any item used in the commission of antisocial behavior.
Should a person previously ordered to leave the area return, an offense would be committed for which they could eventually be arrested.
